In the center of the Zorge district is the "Blue House," a half-timbered house where you can rent our two "Kirchblick" apartments.

Both apartments are newly renovated, modern, minimalist, and super cozy. They are located in the center of the Zorge district, with a café and bakery directly across the street and direct access to a variety of hiking trails and a bus stop with direct connections to Hohegeiss and Braunlage, as well as Walkenried Monastery and Bad Sachsa. You have access to the garden with a barbecue area, Wi-Fi, of course, and a parking zone in front of the house.

The apartments are on the 1st floor, are both approximately 50 square meters in size, and each can accommodate up to 4 people. Both apartments have 2 rooms, including 1 bedroom with a double bed and the living room with a pull-out couch. There is also a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette and a shower room.

 

The entire floor can also be booked as a large apartment with approximately 100 square meters (Kirchblick Max) and is suitable for up to 8 people. It offers four rooms plus a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, and dining area, as well as two shower rooms. In addition to the two bedrooms, each with a double bed, there are two living rooms, each with a pull-out couch.

The ground floor, also with 100 square meters of living space, is expected to be available for rent at the end of 2025 and can be booked via our website.
